The trial lesson

The trial is a paid, one-hour lesson at the teacher’s own rate, a real lesson, not a sales call. You arrange it directly on WhatsApp, and the rate is quoted to you before the lesson so there are no surprises.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Lessons are arranged directly with your teacher, so rescheduling is flexible when you give reasonable notice. The exact notice period, any charge for a late cancellation, and the accepted payment methods are confirmed with you when you book, [RIG TO CONFIRM].

Refunds

Because the trial is a lesson that has already been delivered, refund terms are agreed with you at booking, [RIG TO CONFIRM].
